Custom 3D Design
& Printing
From practical parts and prototypes to personalized gifts, decor, and figurines, tell us what you’d like to make. Start with an idea, photos, a sketch, or a 3D file. We’ll review your project and quote the work before we begin.
No 3D model needed to get started.
FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINISHED PART
How your project takes shape.
- 01
Tell us about it
Share the idea, purpose and references you have.
- 02
Agree on the work
We review what’s possible and confirm the scope and price.
- 03
Review the design
If modeling is needed, we agree on the design before printing.

Print & arrange handoff
We print the approved project and agree on how you’ll receive it.
THREE WAYS TO START
Let’s make your project happen.
Choose the starting point that fits what you have.
Your draft stays on this device until you send it. It expires after 24 hours.
START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
What would you like to make?
An idea, a sketch or a few photos are enough to start a conversation. We may ask for measurements and additional views before quoting.
REVIEW · NOT SENT YET
Check your request
We’ll review your project and follow up with questions or a quote. Work begins after we agree on the scope and price. Account email receives notifications; your contact email stays with this request.
RECREATE A PART
Tell us about the part you need.
Show us the original or describe the part and what it needs to fit. We’ll review the dimensions and working conditions together.

Your printed part size
One part · actual dimensionsSTL files do not store units. Check “Model units” in Print settings against the units used when exporting your file. These are the overall dimensions in the file’s orientation. Zooming or rotating the preview does not resize your part.
Model diagnostics (optional)
Thin-area check
Find surfaces to review before printing.
Upload a model to begin.
Highlighted areas are based on approximate thickness. Their behavior under load also depends on how the part will be used and printed.
Local adjustments are reviewed before the final price. This preview does not change your STL or apply print settings.
What this check measures
Approximate distance through the solid along the inward surface normal, measured at each triangle’s center. Colors apply to the whole triangle; tiny features between samples can be missed. Closed, consistently oriented meshes are required. Open, overlapping or mixed-orientation shells can give missing or misleading results.
The 1 mm and 2 mm bands are review guides, not printability or strength limits. Blue does not mean safe. This check does not evaluate loads, weak joints, layer direction, supports, infill or material strength.
How is this estimate calculated?
This estimate uses model volume and surface area, a 1.2 mm shell approximation, selected infill, material density, and an assumed 8 mm³/s flow rate with a 1.5× time allowance. It is not a slicer. Thin walls, overlapping shells, cavities and supports may substantially change the result.
Current calculation: PLA $0.017/g or PETG $0.018/g, plus a 20% material allowance; $2/hour of estimated print time; $5 preparation per batch; $12 minimum per batch. The displayed range is −20% to +30%, with the minimum applied. These are starting rates for the preliminary calculation. Submit a request for a studio-reviewed quote before committing to production.
BEFORE YOU START
A few common questions.
Can I order without a 3D file?
Yes. Start with a description, sketch or photos. We review the idea, clarify the details and quote any modeling work needed to create a printable design.
What photos and measurements help?
Show the item from different sides, including important connections or hidden features. A ruler in one photo and approximate length, width and height help. For a replacement part, mating dimensions and the intended use matter. If you’re unsure, select “Not sure yet” and we’ll discuss what’s needed.
How much does modeling cost?
Modeling depends on the complexity and information available. We quote the design work after reviewing your request. The STL print calculator estimates printing only; it does not include creating a new model.
Which material should I choose?
You can choose “Help me choose.” Tell us where the item will be used and whether heat, outdoor use, movement or load is involved. We’ll discuss a suitable material and any limitations.
Will I review the design before printing?
When your project needs modeling, we confirm the design and important dimensions with you before printing. We may ask for additional views, measurements or clarification.
What happens after I send a request?
Your request, files and conversation appear in My requests. We review the project and follow up with questions or a quote. You receive email updates and can reply on the website or to a conversation email. Timing, payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed with the studio.
Is the print estimate the final price?
It’s a preliminary calculation based on the STL geometry and selected settings. Supports, print orientation, repairs and other work can change the result. The studio confirms the final quote before work begins.
Why do I need an account to send?
Your account keeps uploaded files private and gives you one place to review requests and messages. You can fill out the form before signing in. Your unsent draft is temporarily saved on this device so you can return after sign-in.
